Laser Hair Removal

Liberate yourself from the constant need to shave and wax unwanted facial and body hair in order to feel and look your best. With light-based permanent hair reduction, four to six treatments is usually all it takes to permanently minimize hair growth, revealing clear and silky skin that is ready to bare every day, all year long.

What should I expect after Laser Hair Removal?
Immediately after treatment, you can expect a mild sunburn-like sensation which typically resolves within a day. Any minor discomfort can be alleviated by applying an ice pack. Typically, people resume normal activities immediately following treatment. After your first treatment, you will return every 4 to 6 weeks. The treated hair may continue to be visible for a few weeks after treatment while they are being expelled from the skin. Generally, after 4 to 6 treatments, most hair in the treated area will be fully removed. Multiple treatments are needed because the hair follicles grow in different cycles and the laser will only target the follicles in the active growth phase.

What areas can be treated with Laser Hair Removal and how long will the procedure take?
Any area can be treated except around the eyes. The upper lip, chin, underarms, bikini, legs, chest and back are some commonly treated areas. Permanent hair reduction treatments can take as little as a few minutes for the upper lip or up to an hour for full legs with minimal discomfort.

How does it work?
Light is used to target and destroy hair follicles responsible for hair growth without harming surrounding tissue with minimal risk.
